VivaHub is an automated, self-service digital platform provided by Space-Edge Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. We provide the technology and templates for users to create their own digital invitations. We do not verify, edit (manually), or endorse the content uploaded by the user.
Ownership: The user represents that they own the rights to all photographs, names, and information uploaded to the platform.
Zero Monitoring: VivaHub does not monitor user content. The user is solely and 100% responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided.
Stolen Content: If a user uploads stolen photographs or copyrighted material without permission, the user shall be solely liable for any legal consequences. Space-Edge Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. assumes Zero Liability in such cases.
Fake Invitations: Any invitation created for the purpose of fraud, prank, or misleading others is strictly prohibited. The user assumes all legal risks arising from such actions.
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Space-Edge Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd., its directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or legal expenses (including lawyer fees) arising from:
Pricing: All prices mentioned are base prices. A mandatory 18% GST will be added at the time of checkout.
No-Refund Policy: Since our system generates an instant digital link upon payment, all transactions are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to use the 'Live Preview' feature before making a payment.
The digital invitation link will remain active only for the duration specified in the chosen plan (15, 30, or 60 days) from the date of publishing.
Once the link expires, the data may be archived or deleted. It is the user's responsibility to save any required information before the expiry date.
To maintain the premium quality of the platform, users are restricted to the curated music library provided by VivaHub.
Custom music uploads are not permitted to ensure the technical and artistic stability of the templates.
VivaHub reserves the right to deactivate or delete any invitation link that is found to contain:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the registered office location of Space-Edge Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
