1. Who is responsible for content?

The User has 100% legal and moral responsibility for all content uploaded to VivaHub. VivaHub / Space-Edge Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is strictly a technology provider. We do not verify, monitor, or endorse any content uploaded by users.

2. Stolen Photos & Copyright

If a user uploads stolen photographs or copyrighted material without permission, the user shall be solely liable for any legal consequences. VivaHub / Space-Edge Advertising and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. assumes Zero Liability in such cases. Any legal consequences will be borne solely by the user who created the invitation link.

3. Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide our service:

• Name, email address, and phone number during registration
• Wedding details (names, dates, venue, photos) that you voluntarily provide
• Payment transaction metadata (we do not store card numbers)
• Usage logs for security and debugging purposes

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data and photos only to generate your invitation link. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. However, since the link is web-accessible, you are responsible for who you share the link with.

5. Data Retention

Your data and invitation content will be retained for the duration of your plan's validity period. After expiry, data may be archived or deleted within 60 days. It is the user's responsibility to save any required information before the expiry date.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics data is collected in aggregate form only.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at support@vivahub.in. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
